What this consulting interview template covers
Consulting processes usually split fit (or PEI) from cases. This template gives you both lanes: motivation and impact stories, then case prompts that force a clear structure, crisp maths, and a one-minute recommendation.
For fit, STAR or SOAR keeps ownership visible. For cases, stay MECE — mutually exclusive buckets, collectively exhaustive coverage — and narrate your hypothesis as data arrives.
How to practise
Draft two leadership / impact stories and one conflict story before you touch cases. Then time a full case aloud: two minutes to structure, ten to analyse, one to recommend.
