Match score as a coverage map
Paste a job description or open a listing with the Chrome extension. Match score shows how your master CV covers the posting: missing keywords, weak sections, and fit relative to the role — not a grade on your career.
Use it to decide whether to tailor or skip. High interest plus a low score means rewrite summary and two bullets, then re-check. Low interest plus a low score means save your energy. The extension can auto-shortlist roles above your threshold so you only tailor where it pays off.
Job-specific tailoring
Tailor rewrites summary, skills, and bullets for one job while keeping claims grounded in your profile. Skills are added only when they are supported by your experience — avoiding ATS keyword stuffing that breaks in interviews.
Each tailored version can be saved to your CV library with the job attached, so you are not diffing Word files from memory. Grammar and polish passes tighten phrasing without inventing employers or metrics.
Guards that keep exports honest
Placeholder metrics like [X%] or [N users] block PDF export until you replace them with real numbers or rephrase. That nudge prevents accidental submission of template text — a common failure mode when rushing graduate applications.
Combined with pipeline tracking (saved role, tailored CV snapshot, match score, applied / interview / offer), you get feedback across the whole search — not just a prettier document.
A practical weekly loop
