Strong resume bullet points follow a simple pattern: owned verb, what you did, tools or methods, and a result (metric, scope, or quality bar). "Responsible for reporting" becomes "Built a weekly Excel pipeline that cut reporting from 6 hours to 2."

Action + task + tool + result. Frequency + volume ("Resolved 30+ customer tickets per shift"). Before → after ("Reduced stock variances 12% after redesigning count sheets").
